HI John,
By 'conscious of Quality' I mean awareness. Awareness is a good thing. Patterns are patterns, they are here and gone, here and gone, here and gone. Awareness is more than just words, and I find dwelling in awareness an improvement, not utopia, but an improvement.
It can be a time of year with too many expectations demanding attention. The expectations are just patterns too. The crap we are in is a cluster of patterns.
I like to celebrate Yule by stringing cranberries, popcorn and sunflower seeds on a tree for the birds. And Yule represents the rebirth of the sun; the days start to get longer.
