I took the kids on vacation last week and stopped reading all the posts.  
Apologies for the lack of warning. I've got a 6 hour flight coming up this evening 
to go back to the West coast, I'll go back and try to find where we dropped off 
and pick this one up with you then (if I don't fall asleep the moment the jet 
engine white noise takes over...) 

I enjoy all these discussions (when I can keep up.)
