Please note that, according to the article, Finnish schools accomplish their
great success without the practices you mentioned.  I wonder if the
segregation of students in the United States is to the country's detriment.

Maybe two heads are better than one, or students from different backgrounds
and perspectives are better able to respond to quality than segregated ones.
