I read the question as trying to find
some action, physically, that could be
reduced as closely as possible to the
physical.  All I could come up with
was the kinetic, so I guess I'd have to
add that the  'you' in the example is 
comatose.  

Otherwise, there are always higher 
level involvements, as far as I can figure.
(Of course the specific delimitations
and assumptions of the question
are opaque.)
