Seeing that it is difficult for people
to become educated in this forum I have
made it my duty to simple go to the Canadian's,
"Office of the Secretary to the Governor General"
website that even discusses who has dissolved
their parliament, and it even includes the procedures...
oh gasp.
http://www.gg.ca/media/fs-fd/p5_e.asp
"Dissolution of Parliament takes place when the
governor general issues a proclamation on behalf
of Her Majesty the Queen under the Great Seal of
Canada."
http://www.angus-reid.com/polls/view/roughly_half_of_canadians_back_jeanaas_decision/
"Earlier today, Harper asked Jean to prorogue Parliament until late January 2009,
thereby avoiding the opposition’s confidence motion to be put to a vote.
After the governor general agreed to his request..."
And of course, it's all formalized protocol that the
"governor general" gets orders from the Queen. It
isn't called a Constitutional Monarchy in Canada for
nothing silly...
Now hopefully somebody that lives in Canada
already knew this, but I can understand if you
don't live in that country. It's a bit more understandable..
but with a free-thinking mind I don't follow the
herd of socialism and I balk knowing immorality
does exist and with so much power in the hands
of a statist it is so easy to see how Hitler was
elected by a democracy, maybe we should restore
our republic while we might still have a chance....hehe
pro-Greek freedom
anti-statist,
so said it turned violent, but they are just things...
the irrational forces can be so strong unfortunately,
and from what I've encountered in this forum - those
irrational forces are plenty,
