He seems to be relishing his self-cast role of Lone Free-Thinker battling a
horde of academic, leftist, statist, socialist, stupid sheep. As I said, he
mistakes comments on his incoherency as just us being sheep unable to
comprehend His Enlightened Words.

I mentioned Micah and Craig because these are two voices that also run counter
to "leftist" thinking in this forum, but their voices are articulate, reasoned
and dialogic, and despite disagreements I have with them I find exchanges with
them both positive. But without question he is going instead the route of
Platt, using poor rhetoric and smoke and mirrors to disguise the fact that he
is saying nothing. For Woods it has degenerated into:

[Woods] Socialism sucks.
[Arlo] Are you moving in the direction of anarchy or social conservatism.
[Woods] Your a stupid sheep who just don't understand a real free-thinker.

As I said you'd have more luck having a dialogue with the bearded lunatic on
the streetcorner screaming about Doomsday.
