MP: I'm not a philospher by education. I will need to read up on essentialism. 
Suggestions are welcome, the less haughty the better; I have Aristotle to put 
me to sleep already. Soon as I'm done with the Campbell books I picked up 
today I will get to essentialism.

"In simple terms, essentialism is a generalization stating that certain properties 
possessed by a group (e.g. people, things, ideas) are universal, and not dependent on context"

 the conceptualization of objective entities as "wholes"isolated in space.

Both sides are argueable, love/hate relations define this forum, it opens honost dialog.
