As usual, DMB mischaracterizes and distorts the MOQ to fit his radical left
agenda. The hippie rebellion was NOT against Victorian social level
morality, as Pirsig clearly states in Lila:


"Until World War I the Victorian social codes dominated. From World War I
until World War II the intellectuals dominated unchallenged. From World War

The hippie revolution was a challenge to the defective intellectual level,
not the social level. DMB goes off half cocked, again.
