I would say that books were much more dominant in Victorian society 
than they are today as well as educational quality.

You "would say that". What evidence, however, would you offer to 
support these claims? What measures of "educational quality" would 
you offer as proof that Victorian "educational quality" is superior 
to that of today? And books, would you measure literacy? Numbers of 
books produced/consumed? Availability? What?
