[MD] Philosophy and Philosophology

Yeah...and it's relationship to me, or the philosophy/philosophology distinction...?

I mean, I do spend some time articulating myself on the page, and I appreciate it when others do so, too.  It tends to save at least some time and energy in the one-line back and forth of the "What?" "No, I meant..." "Well, I didn't see what..." "Hunh?" department.
