What kind of killing are we, or should be be talkng about? Do we include the slow dying of people below the poverty line; people in slums, favelas, third world rural areas under tenancy, those who will never be slumdog millionaires, etc., all suffering from the structural sins of imperialism/monopoly capitalism/neocolonialism, se,i-feudalism and bureaucrat capitalism?  Do we really need to  headcount? Do we limit oursleves only to victims of wars of aggression?
