Nick:
Natural law is not arbritrary.  It follows a well-established universal 
principle.  For instance, the whole gay thing.  That's a moral value issue 
that belongs in the park or in the streets amongst people civilly discussing 
the issues and persuading people by civil means.  Law has nothing to do 
with such arbitrary nonsense.

Natural Law.  Any intellectual layman can understand natural law.  
It's receptive to all people due to it's not arbritrary nonsense.  It would 
be enforced the way any crimes are enforced today.  Difference is 
people will not only voluntarily do their jobs as they do in civil society 
right as we speak now, but these systems will not be physically coerced 
by a criminal gang government trying to force what people already willingly 
desire.  Most people desire non-aggression Arlo.  I know this from living and 
being with other people.  Victim crimes are fringe activities and due to a 
coercive government human flourishing is suppressed so more victim type criminals 
are around than need be, but their numbers are still small compared to 
society as a whole.  It's victimless crimes that are pathetic side-effects of 
arbitrary court enactments.
