since you can't intellectualize what murder is as you say...lol

And that's the pursuit of happiness, but you wouldn't know.  And 
you can't really reject what you don't know to reject in the first place.

Pursuing happiness is direct experience, but you can't reject what you 
don't know about in the first place so...
