Greetings to the Compassionate,


I have been to the Tomb of Saint John of the Cross in Segovia, 
Spain.  He comes to mind because of the Dark Night stuff.  I have 
been through this before and it is always different.  This time it's 
like knowing you can't go back, and are not moving 
ahead.  Stuckness.  There's a terrible restlessness.  Having pecked 
away myself, what now?   I am also aware of being quite capable of 
tossing the negativity at others.  That adds disgust.

I am no way unique so I thought I'd bring up the topic.
