Well we northern californians have a fondness for San Franicisco.  It's the
capital of Ecotopia just like LA is the capital of MexAmerica.  Which is one
big reason why there is so much conflict and animosity between north and
south, we're two separate bioregions sharing the same governmental
structure.  It's not natural.
