It seems that you're getting closer to the right idea but then you say something like, "Static and Dynamic are ways of conceptualizing perceptual relationships". That's just a contradiction in terms. As you just saw in those quotes from the 29th chapter of Lila, "the immediate flux of life" or the "dynamic and flowing" reality or DQ - whatever terms you use - is prior to concepts. If it's prior to concepts, how can the Dynamic be a way of conceptualizing anything? That would be like saying that the pre-conceptual reality is conceptual. C'mon, you don't need to be a philosopher to see that. It's conspicuously illogical to say such a thing. The primary empirical reality is Dynamic and concepts are static. It's that simple. Why should this be difficult or contentious? You DO understand what "pre" means, right?
