I give you credit for having understood that the 4th. level is SOM - 
all of it ...etc. - but "human intellectual level"? What's that? The 
MOQ speaks about an intellectual level that arose from the social 
level. Admittedly it was the biological organism called Homo 
Sapiens that became the carrier of social value, and then - as the 
3rd. level spawned the 4th. - the intellectual must be connected 
with the human body, but as said, on another  planet it may have 
been a different organism. Yours is SOM's  "body with a mind" and 
this alleged mind you perfunctory call "intellect". The outright 
debunkers of the MOQ it can cope with but the SOM-steeped 
alleged moqist are a much worse obstacle.

As ZAMM tells, the intellectual level made it out of the social level 
in the form of the Greek Mythology era and came to dominate the 
Western World,  LILA postulates that the Orientals had an 
intellectual bout (Upanishads) about the same time but went on to 
a Quality-like stage, but still has the intellectual level intact, that's 
more than half the world population. 

Could you please point to some examples of "all sorts of 
intellectual culture" except for the said West and Far East ones? 
As always it's the "intelligence fallacy", will you (people) never 
understand that thinking/mental activity has nothing to do with he 
intellectual level ?

I see the Oriental Culture as more advanced than the Euro-
American one, if that is your newfangled humanitarian worry.
