[MD] Faith/Skepticism

Hi Michael,

I thought we had agreed that religious faith is contrasted with 
everyday belief in that it is not based on evidence.  Everyone agrees 
that proof is beside the point. What do we have proof of? The question 
is whether or not we have good reason to believe. When people have good 
reasons, they use these reasons to try to justify their beliefs. When 
people's reasons fail them, at that point they appeal to faith.
