So what do you attribute mind emerging from mud?

I am asking YOU, since YOU deride "chance" and say "it's DQ and not chance",
what are the DISTINCTIONS between chance and DQ that you are pointing to?
I've said repeatedly, the difference you point to seems to be "intent". That DQ
somehow "plans and orders" things to "cause" a certain outcome... "Qualigod".
No, I do not think there is a "master planner" who orders and manipulates the
cosmos to produce an intentional outcome. There is no "plan". If there is,
where does it reside? In the mind of Qualigod? And, btw, "mind" does not emerge
from "mud". "Mind" emerges from a complex web of neural patterns that form atop
a complex nervous system.
Now, answer my question, in what ways does "it's DQ" differ from "it's chance"?
