Sometimes it's one phrase at a time, then how do they relate?

Chariot is empty of chariot.  Got that...  Hmmm. 
'A chariot does not exist and does not not 
exist', is this a non-affirming negative???

Ron?  Sorry to ask, but you seem to have a better 
understanding of logic then I do.
