And *my* understanding of civics is in question? Krimel... where's the personal
attack? Sleeping on the job? Legislators write law, Arlo. Not tribunals.
[Arlo]
Yikes. Talk about sidewalking. YOU said RvW set up a "tribunal" because it
forces everyone to abide by its decision. I said, if it were the same
situation, but the Court said no law could be enacted to protect "choice"
regarding beer consumption, would that also be a Tribunal?
I'll leave Krimel to the legal particularities. But its funny that you think a
law protecting a person's right to choose is an unfair threat to YOUR freedom.
Take RvW, read it word for word but substitute "beer" for "abortion" and you'll
see how funny that is.
[Michael]
When the judges that judge the law, write the law, we have the very tyranny
this country was founded to avoid.
[Arlo]
Yeah, that's the mantra of talk-radio, for sure.
[Michael]
Here's my question to you guys; what's the fear you have if Roe v. Wade is
overturned?
[Arlo]
Personal freedom eroded.
