MP: That you seem far too willing to let as few as five un-elected judges re-write 
the Constitution when we have the power to do so ourselves, and then as *WE* 
please. Its a double edged sword to support their transgression into Legislating 
just because you agree with them on the specifics of their decision. It could just 
as easily be cutting you the next time.

Law written through democratic representative process is dynamic. 
Law written through judicial fiat is static. 

You are advocating static response over dynamic response on the societal and 
cultural levels. In the MoQ that is immoral, and I'm surprised you don't see that.
