Usually I agree with Harry Browne, but not in this case. Amendment X talks 
about powers, not rights. Amendment IX is so vague as to allow reading into 
whatever rights someone thinks people ought to have, like the right to a 
free lunch and a warm bed. 

But Browne is certainly right about education. "Perhaps the greatest 
mistake made in American history was in allowing government to educate our 
children." We are now witnessing the deplorable results. That Obozo wants 
to throw more money at a failing system would be laughable if it wasn't so 
criminally wasteful, like the rest of his multi-trillion dollar 
boondoggles.
