Should children who yell "retard" to mentally-handicapped children in 
their schools be punished? What if a child wants to wear a shirt that 
read "Retards Are God's Mistakes" to school (let's say there are 
mentally-handicapped children who attend)? Would restrictions on his 
"right" to wear that shirt be wrong?
