Steve,

By the way, what is your definition of relativism?  I might like to think
about it, while I'm reading these yummy books.  Or maybe you don't really
have a definition.  Maybe you just want to win the game.  That will be
pretty tough to do, since I accept paradox as the norm, like the wind can
seem cool to you and warm to me, and so it goes...
