Steve:
No. What I mean when I say that I know something is that I think I am
justified in believing that what I am saying is true.

I don't claim to have any special method for knowing anything.

My definitions come from the same sorts of places that yours or anyone
else's definitions come from, which is consideration of how words are
used in writings and conversation.When we ask "what does this word
mean?" this is the same as asking "how is this word used?"
