Hell no squonk,

If his books portray an analytic genius befuddled by relationship troubles,
well its good to keep in mind who the author is. If he has social
problems, and it's a common enough issue with genius, after all, from Siddis
to Zuni, to have social troubles, his laser-like focus upon himself and his
issues is what is so enlightening for some of us. To me, that's the main
point.

And a far cry from psychosis. For the love of christ, man, you gotta learn
to tell the messiahs and the degenerates apart. Have Marsha quote her
"Lila's Soliloquy" to you again. Lila's indictment of Pirsig is clear,
ringing truth. But HE wrote it. You can't be that self-aware and
psychotic at the same time.

But "psychotic" wasn't actually your accusation, was it. You were
speculating that it was mine.

Oops. Well at least I laid that question to rest.

Now, tell me how you define "foremost".

John the hindmost
