Emotions are neither biological nor primitive, they are the social
expression "par excellance". And "intellect" is not an appendage of
anything, but the MOQ's highest level. Write that down! Don't take my
schoolmaster tone too serious, but I'm exasperated over this emotion
as biology nonsense.
Intellect is out of/on top of society*) so intellect's REASON is definitely
out of society's EMOTION, but no appendage. And the levels are not
"located" in the brain even if neural complexity - the neocortex
especially - plays a part for "intelligence", but this must NOT be
confused with the MOQ's intellect.
*) society = the social level, not any ant colony.

Had you only said "transcend". Any level's purpose is to escape its
parent level, thus intellect's evil is emotion what REASON scoffs at
and calls "subjective". However another Q-tenet is that intellect has
social roots and will never truly be free. LILA's example of this is the
scientist who will "manipulate" experiments to obtain social fame and
fortune.
"Intellect no more separate from the rest ...etc". Of course, intellect is
out of society which is out of biology, which is out of "inorgany" ... ALL
ARE OUT OF QUALITY!!!
> It is part and parcel of sensibility.
Yes, intellect is out of society, but all Q-levels are realities in their own
right and their causes are to transcend the former level. No need to re-
invent the wheel ;-)

Intellect is the highest static level, but right now the enormous difficult
task is to transcend intellect and begin to see things from MOQ's
perspective and that seems next to impossible. That you Marksmit
lapses back - or never have left - intellect(SOM) is forgivable, but this
discussion has alleged moqists who work overtime to keep the MOQ
from leaving intellect - from leaving SOM. .

You display the said intellect-SOM view, but as a newbie you are
magnanimously forgiven. (SMILEY)

"Emotions are so much more than the biological" True, but "...they are
inorganic forces ... etc." Phew! The "self" (the self-conscious entity
that sits inside our heads) is an intellectual (SOM) product.
Bodvar, the "terror" of this site ;-)
