I concur and I'm enjoying Mark's posts more and more as time goes by.

Why is a progression towards something good, even though not that good,
better than a static good that is seemingly better? Because as good as a
static good gets, that's as good as it gets. That which is improving is
exciting to watch because you don't know where its going to end up and your
mind, which wants excitement, fills in the blanks with creative elan.

And why the argument for a community of thought as the basis of a metaphysic
is relevant -synthesis of diversity.

Western culture tends to associate one with the other as a matter of fact

Who is this "we" you talkin' about white man? The SEASON is changing. I
need more wood! Less Water! Those are MY problems. My wife needs a
woodshed built.

So an aside to Todd A. Carter who is seeking advice on getting more dynamic,
hey Todd, get closer to nature. The seasons changing every year is about
the most dynamic change a guy could ask for, if he's living without a roof
over his head.

Move into the woods, that's my advice. Or next to a pond named Walden
2.5. Keep your net connection and let us know how it goes.
