The fact remains that Saul - who Christendom later called Paul -
was born and raised a Jew, and that was our question ... no?
Now that much said I agree with you about Paul becoming "greeky"
by and by, in my words the one who pried early Christendom loose
from its Jewish roots and headed it towards "Greek thought" (towards
intellect in our lingo) by repeating and reinforcing Jesus' rebellion
against Mosaic Law, thus started Christendom on its long
"antisemitic" journey (in a positive sense).

Agree except "Jewish intellect" (Q-intellect is neither "thinking" nor
"culture" but in this context "secularism") Jewish culture is the
epitome of Q-social value and regards Q-intellect (secularism) its
enemy, you see how orthodox Jews hate the secular state Israel as
much as the Palestinians *) This is common for Judaism and Islam
which I call "Semitism".
Regarding Paul's "misogynism". Even if he tried he could not free
himself totally from his Jewish roots, but the semitic "sex apartheid"
was/is not any hate of women - far from that - it's protection (as they
see it) menfolk are so easily roused that they will assault them at the
slightest pretext.
