Hey Ham, 

I think existence is permanent. I also think experience is permanent, 
reality is permanent and Quality is permanent. Processes and events 
take place within these primary presences. Otherwise, the concepts of 
static and dynamic become meaningless. "All is change" is self-
contradictory.
