Disagree about Hitler.  Mein Kampf was an intellectual plea to take society
on a different path because of the failures of the German State.   This was
immoral, not because of a static hierarchical relationship between social
dominance and intellectual.  It was immoral because it ruthlessly suppressed
all potential for  dynamic evolution.

In other words, morality is determined by the DQ/sq orientation of any
choice at any level, not by simplistic hierarchical analysis.

Holding intellect as the highest good would be "intellectualism" or
"objectivism".   I agree that DQ is more important, but I disagree that it
is a level above the 4th.

I'm starting to see more clearly now, and I appreciate your patient
dialogue. And  thanks for sending me back to kindergarten, some time back
Bodvar.  I've learned a lot there!
