Are you serious? At least IQ means INTELLIGENCE QUOTIENT .

Intelligence is no level, but a biological - neural - capacity for storing 
former experience in memory (RAM) that can be retrieved into (to stick 
with computer language) "caches" where it can be sent through logical 
gates. "If I do this what will happen?" At the lower biological stages this 
capacity is limited, but animals obviously THINK. With the hominides 
and humans proper this capacity grew enormously (I think the 
biological pattern that DQ used for "stepping stones" to the social 
level) but as said no level, just a prowess used for furthering the 
various Q-level's values -  now to promote the MOQ. But again: 
Intelligence was/is no "mindish" anything - neither at the biological nor 
at the social levels - it was only with intellect's relentless 
subject/object-ification that "thinking" became a subjective 
"representation" of a real, objective, world "out there".
