You have it wrong: SOM is not "mind", rather the mind/matter 
distinction and from inside SOM - the intellectual level - the term 
"intellect" indicates the mind part. Try to get this right.

Well, you have a point, the MOQ rejects the mind/matter split as 
existence's fundament, thus there is no mind (nor matter) outside the 
intellectual level. I could have elaborated but you ought to know by 
now.
