The levels represent a model, and the fifth level, the Quality Level,
represents unpatterned quality(experience) and patterned
quality(experience).  DQ is, as always, indivisible, undefinable and
unknowable.  My point was that the MoQ is an intellectual pattern that
explains, as best an intellectual pattern can, the Quality Level, which has
gone beyond, beyond, beyond it.  

The fourth-level, the Intellectual (som) Level, grew out of the third-level,
the Social Level.  The patterns in the Intellectual Level function as a
dualistic, subject/object reality.  As Niels "Bohr says, "We are suspended
in language," the Metaphysics of Quality completely agrees." (SODV) That is
because our language has been built with a view of reality as being
subject/object oriented.

Only that I agree with Bo that the MoQ model should have an emerging
fifth-level: a Quality Level.

Hi Marsha,
All levels are static, as you understand.
Therefore, a 5th level would also be static.

While the MoQ, for me, is an intellectual
static pattern of value, it points to Quality (experience).

squonk: All patterns, even SOM patterns, may point.

And I still agree with Bo that the fourth-level is a formalized/acknowledged
subject/object level. 

squonk: The 4th level has created SOM. Therefore, the 4th level is prior to
SOM.
