Such an "embarrassment" that intelligent legislatures (an oxymoron) 
removed the death panel provision from the proposed health bill. 
Nevertheless, it remains a necessary feature of any government health 
plan. Bureaucrats with a fixed pot of money will decide who gets what, 
guided by a patient's age and level of productivity. Result: "Cruel and 
neglectful care of one million NHS patients exposed" says a headline in 
a British newspaper where government has been running the health care 
system for years.  There's Arlo's brand of intelligence at work. Spare us 
all.
