The provisions are NOT the same. Look it up. Nor was there an Obozo 
health care czar who promotes a "level of productivity" to determine 
individual access to medical care.

Rhetoric justified by Obozo's lesson plan asking grade schoolers to write 
an essay on how they can "serve the president." That's right out of the 
playbook of Obozo's buddy, Hugo Chavez.
