Don't sweat it, Ron. Meaning is all that matter, and your posts rank 
among the more enjoyable and interesting here. Certainly do not let 
Bo's obtuseness push you away, he's been pushing his 
re-interpretation of the MOQ since day one. If you expect to make 
headway there, you're only in for a letdown. As with Ham, you have to 
realize what he is arguing his own "metaphysics", not Pirsig's. If 
his comments about you "not understanding" Pirsig get under your 
skin, shrug it off, its actually funny because his own derivation of 
Pirsig's ideas stems from his own misunderstanding of Pirsig's ideas. 
So take that with the proverbial grain of salt. Nothing wrong, I'll 
emphasize, in disagreeing with Pirsig. Most people here find at least 
one point of contention, but the whole "you don't understand HIM 
because you disagree with ME" is just nonsense. You can't have it 
both ways. You can't say, "this is what Pirsig said, and its wrong" 
but then turn around and say that "because you don't agree with my 
correction of Pirsig, you obviously don't understand what Pirsig 
said". The point of argument is that you DO understand what Pirsig 
said, and that is leading you into conflict with Bo's "corrected 
MOQ". Anyways, its funny and all, but hardly worth letting it get to you.
