Platt to Andre:
Not sure what your point is. If a free enterprise company chooses to
offer free internet service to schools by what moral authority does a
government body step in to prevent it?

Andre:
As I understand it: the logic and virtue of the marketplace. It is suggested
that this practice gives the said company an ' unfair economic advantage'
over its competitors. So it seems to me that the moral authority arises from
the free-market itself i.e compete, compete, compete (be dynamic!!!) ...no
latchings anywhere. The nebulous 'forces of the marketplace' ...quality
itself.

Different viewpoints offered in a civilized manner are worth everything.
