I too love Tom Robbins.  I read Even Cowgirls shortly after highschool and I
think it twisted me forever.  Like a door opened up in my brain to a
realization that writing and reading play by rules of play more than
grammar.

Exactly!  In fact, if everything is neatly organized, codified and
homogenized and planned, it makes serendipity impossible,  no?

I propose that your PoS include the vital ingredient of chaotic
organization.
