Can a true metaphysical distinction between "ought" and "want" be made?  We
make it all the time when we say we ought to do something, but we want to do
something else.  What this actually means is that we are composed of
different aspects to our personality, which sometimes war with one another.
 We recognize a proper hierarchy (intellectual over social, for instance)
and assign the term "ought" to the wants of the higher pattern, and the term
"want" to the lower.

Since in the MoQ, the fact/value dichotomy is done away, so is the is/ought,
which is just another name for it, eh?

In a Q- context, it makes no sense to increase misery in any fashion, for
self or others.  That's obviously not a good thing.  It's just a karma dump.
