My solution is a Terrorist Olympics!  Every country that enters can have as large 
a team of "athletes" as they wish.  Each "athlete" is a suicide-bomber.  The events 
include random-fuse bomb relay; fastest suicide; most spectacular demise; heaviest 
bomb lift.  (Judges, camera operators & spectators are kept at a safe distance.) 
There are no losers--each "athlete" competes until they win a posthumous gold medal.
