I don't watch Dancing With The Stars or read People Magazine, and I
don't think this mid-west suggestion applicable. To understand that
there is no self to protect is what I'm working towards. It's a bit of a
challenge because of past patterns of habit, karma, but that it is the
best direction there is no doubt.
