Well, again, given that Pirsig has supported and endorsed, and 
continues to, both Ant and DMB in their academic endeavors, and has 
been more involved in bringing his works into the academy than 
getting them aired on talk-radio, I'd say Pirsig is probably hardly 
bothered by the academic discourse that goes on here.

You can disagree with Ant or DMB, of course, as I know you do, and 
have those arguments which I think are ultimately insightful. But to 
suggest Pirsig would rather see this list devolve into a sporadic 
collection of "random thoughts" swinging from "art is pretty" to 
"leftists are bad" is something I would think would NOT be something 
he would rather see here.

In other words, I'd think he is probably much more in favor of seeing 
you forge connections between him and Royce than seeing yet another 
list of obvious generalities and Limbaugh-flavored invectives posted here.

But hey, I'm an evil academic, you know, one of the bad guys who 
values learning rather than championing ignorance, so what do I know?
