So, our choices so far include

Oligarchy.  It's the law.  Not precise.
Plutocracy. It's the law.  Confused with the former planet.
Mediocracy. It's the law.  Readers believe it is mediocrity misspelled,
which would be kind of funny in itself.
Mediocrity. It's the law.  Mediocre.

Ok.  Skip the politics.  How about this one?
