You'll notice dave, that I said, "despite your expertise". I did not say
"because of your expertise I think you're wrong". Thus I'm far from being
anti-intellectual. I accord expertise its due. But if nobody ever went any
further than "what the experts say" we'd all be living in a less advanced
world than we do.
I like to think for myself. What I still can't figure out is why this seems
so objectionable to you.
