"Quality is the primary empirical reality of the world." (Lila, 5)

[Arlo]
This not the same as saying "Reality is Quality".

Maybe it could be translated: Reality is the experiencing of Quality.

Or: Reality is Quality experienced.

Or: "Reality" is the experienced manifestation of the Quality event, 
where stable patterns of preference appear as entities unto themselves.

Or. "Reality" is the illusion we perceive emanating from the Quality event.
