Matt,

The two statements I made to Arlo were my response to his questions, 
they represented my understanding of the MoQ, not a thesis and not a 
Pirsigian catechism of Quality.  That you might perceive this to be 'only 
a step' towards some other needed goal I wish you would explain.  Do I 
need a goal?  Why?  What should that goal be?
