Thanks for the help. I agree that insistence that such religious
references be maintained amounts to a form of theocracy, though I'm
still not sure how to define theocracy so as to distinguish MLK and GW
Bush. Any ideas? (Yes, DMB, obviously I can tell the difference, but
I'm looking for a _definition_ of theocracy that distinguishes them.)
