When you copy is by replying it screws up the formatting. If you go to my
original post on Thursday, August 12, 2010 4:05 PM the layout is correct and
the explanation is there. But it is just the same as vertical layout as
RMP's box diagram in the SODV paper on the MoQ.org website with linear time
starting on the bottom left and present represented by the vertical lines on
the right.

It may be an interesting question but has proved to be a futile one. As I
have said before when we develop a time machine is when we will definitively
answer this question. I'm glad your so sure about toolmaking.
